CAST FLOORS

The cast floor (epoxy floor) made from few components – a basic material and a hardening, catalytic material. Components arrive in a liquid or viscous state; after mixing them together a chemical reaction is created which causes the material to harden within 12 to 28 hours (according to the raw material that was used, the temperature and the relative humidity).

There are various kinds of chemical combinations to the basic and hardening materials, and these create different system that the suitable for various uses: anti-static coatings, coatings for refrigeration rooms and spaces, coatings that are resistant to transport and severe wear and tear for industrial areas, decorative coatings and more.

Cast floors have numerous advantages:

  •  High resistance. Cast floors originally planned for industrial factories and therefore they are resistant to the movement of vehicles and forklifts.
  • The floor is also resistant to acids, chemicals, greasy oils and other acidic materials.
  •  A wide array of tints, textures and patterns that cannot achieve using other materials. For example, "ice floor" "sand floor" "pebble floor" terrazzo floor" "meda floor" are only some of the special designs that can ordered.
  •  You may design the surface of the casting and create geometrical shapes and division into different areas that have unique tints and textures.
  • The floor`s height can be adjusted according to the client`s request or operational needs from 1 to 12mm.
